• Keyword tracking across AI platforms
• Content optimization recommendations
• Competitor analysis tools
• Analytics and reporting features

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

AIOSCOP offers various subscription plans, including monthly subscriptions and lifetime deals:

• Free Trial: Some plans may include a free trial period. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Billed monthly and automatically renewed unless cancelled.
• Lifetime Deals: One-time payment for lifetime access to specified features.
• Refunds: Refund policies vary by plan. Monthly subscriptions may be eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase. Lifetime deals are non-refundable after 30 days.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIOSCOP and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
